Doors must be answered

"You don't know the first thing." There was someone at the door, wearing cloak, holding something I could not see.
"Well, that... because no one told me." I replied casually.
This man seemed laughing, but only his jaw stretched ear to ear, and a hollow creaking sound came from his throat. Something glistened inside the cloak, must be his teeth, I reckon.
"I never object, God forbid please keep your voice low, all I want to know is why I am." I, however painful it was to speak, spoke.
He looked at me, well don't ask me if I am certain but it seemed, he looked at me. It was bit dark and under the cloak I can't make out if it is my wife or her cat.
"I don't have a wife, I remember." I assured myself.
"Nothing." I woke up from my dream sequence. "I want to know what is wrong with me. Why me?"
"Oh! That, I do not know myself." He paused, "I am only here to lay my icy hand over you."
"That you have done several times. And forgive my insolence but it reeked of something rotten rather than icy. Please, I beg you do not touch me again."
"Why? Does that shiver you? Oh boy!" He looked at my face, and replied to himself, "That means you are not 'The one who cannot.' So tell me what you are feeling."
"Well, I don't know. What feelings I have, perhaps despise. Or rather, I would describe it. Got a minute?" And I continued without waiting for his answer. "Whenever I am at high places, instead of fear I like to embrace the high, like I want to just right down. This is the kind of feeling I have when you touch. I feel like better to reek of rotten eggs. "
"For that you must certainly have to."
"And you have tried that several times, haven't you? Stop your goddamn hand."
"Oh yes! yes!" He remembered something, turned around, flocking his cloak. I saw so many faces. I could most certainly see those faces, but could not recollect where the hell I saw them. Memory is a funny game to lose.
He pressed the button, and while waiting for the lift, he turned to me again and said.
"I will come again."
And jumped right into the lift, though I am sure it hasn't yet arrived on my floor.
Some loony.
